New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina:

Flood damaged West End neighborhood: On Bellaire Drive near 17th Street Canal breech, a 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle is marked not to be towed away.

Note: Thousands of flood damaged autos, declared total losses by insurance companies, are being hauled away as trash. Presumably the owner of this one optimistcally intends to fix up the old car, which was completely submerged in dirty water for weeks.
