A Chicago-area local chapter of the Official NASCAR Members Club (ONMC).  Chapter #601811.

Sharon Burton is the club's first President.

The first official club event was a pre-season opener held January 28, 2007 at Champs Sports Bar & Grill in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
