Team BCR Racing Brings Casite Presence Back To ARCA

MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (September 4, 2011) - - Team BCR Racing brought back a familiar logo back into the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards scene at Madison International Speedway two weeks ago when the Casite signage appeared on the team’s No. 99 Ford Fusion driven by rookie Charles Evans Jr.
Today, the team officially announced that the Troy, Michigan-based company will serve as an associate marketing partner for the remainder of the 2011 season and all of the team’s events in 2012.
The Casite Company has brought the best of vehicle and consumer chemicals to its customers since the mid-1930s. Then in 1999, Hastings Manufacturing Company along with privately held Intraco Corporation announced an agreement to form a joint venture company that would develop market and sell Casite branded vehicle and consumer chemicals around the globe. The new entity, Casite Intraco, LLC, would do business as The Casite Company. The new Casite Company merged the automotive product-development capabilities and domestic sales network of Hastings Manufacturing with the international sales-and-marketing expertise of Troy, Michigan-based Intraco, a distributor of automotive aftermarket products.
Today, Casite products can be found in national retailers and merchandisers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The Casite Company is a proud exporter to nearly 40 countries around the globe. They continue to aggressively seek out distribution and retail partners worldwide.
Holly, Michigan native and team BCR Racing car owner Howard Bixman was instrumental in putting the partnership back on the race track.
“It’s nice to be back with The Casite Company,” offered Bixman. “I believe they have some of the best products out there and it’s all our team uses. Our goals and objectives are simple. We want everyone to become familiar with what they have to offer and how much of an impact they have on and off the racetrack.”
The announcement reunites Bixman and The Casite Company who were paired together back during the in the 2005 and 2006 ARCA seasons.
“We’ve always have had a long standing friendship and business relationship with Howard (Bixman),” said Greg White, National Sales Manager for The Casite Company. We’ve been thoroughly impressed with what he has done with Team BCR Racing in a very short amount of time. Now we’re just proud to be with him and part of his newest endeavor. He believes in Charles (Evans Jr.) and we stand behind them all. We’re anxious to see what the rest of their season brings along with their activity on the race track in 2012.”
ARCA newcomer Charles Evans Jr. is humbled by the opportunity to represent a company with such a rich and influential history. “I must say it’s an honor to be aligned with a company like the The Casite Company. They have been around for a long, long time and I’m delighted that they have rejoined the ARCA circuit with Team BCR Racing. Hopefully we can give them everything their looking for.”
Evans Jr. and Co. plan to return to competition in October when the ARCA Racing Series takes on their final intermediate track of the year at Kansas Speedway for the running of the Kansas Lottery 98.9 on Friday, October 7.
BCR Racing will conclude their year with the season finale at Toledo Speedway on October 16 and begin immediately focusing on what is expected to be a dexterous 2012.
