Crash in Jordan Kills 6, Injures Iraqi Minister

A tour bus crash in Jordan has killed six foreigners and injured 28 people, including an Iraqi minister.

Security officials say the victims were on a bus that was returning from the Dead Sea to Amman, late Thursday.

Authorities say two of the passengers killed were British and four were Iraqis. Iraqi Minister of Science and Technology Raed Fahmi was hospitalized, with injuries.

The bus passengers were taking part in United Nations training program for Iraqi students.
