Who is running over all the pedestrian crosswalk signs in Woodstock?

This one (upper photo) is on Tryon at Lincoln, by St. Mary's Catholic Church. Looks like it has been knocked around pretty well, and it's past due for replacement.

The second one (lower photo) is on Throop at Cass. It looks like it has taken some good hits, too.

It is imperative for the City to maintain these signs in good condition or remove them. Damaged signs like these, allowed to remain in place, are a poor reflection on the City.

Yes, they cost money to replace, and the City is certainly running thin on money. So, collect from the drivers who damaged the signs.
