Range Rover is a brand of automobiles manufactured in United Kingdom under Land Rover. Officially launched in 1970, this luxurious type of SUV is designed for all road applications but later on concentrated on off-roads. Different models produced under the marquee Range Rover are employed with reliable Range parts responsible for its road-breaking performance. Range vehicles are still the unbeatable ones off-roads, which introduced amazing features in the automotive world like all-coil spring suspension, permanent four-wheel drive, and disc brakes on all wheels. The first generation of Range Rover introduced in the year 1970 shown a lot of improvements and added features like permanent four-wheel-drive with a lockable center differential and 3.5 L aluminum Rover V8 engine. Furthermore, the second generation is integrated with an improved air suspension, stronger chassis, and additional amenities suitable for off-road driving.

The Range vehicle introduced in the year 1970 was not necessarily designed as a ‘luxury’ 4x4 like its US exported Wagoneer. In fact, these early Range vehicles had a fairly basic interior, vinyl seats, and plastic dashboards. It was just in the later models that it was employed with additional features like power assisted steering, carpeted floors, air conditioning, cloth/leather seats, and wooden interior trim. All its Range parts have undergone remarkable enhancements and reengineering to ensure durability and reinforced functions. This is best exemplified with its current models that are loaded with functional facilities like all-aluminum front fenders and the Bi-Xenon headlights that provide bright illumination which reduces blind spots. Also, these headlights are integrated with washers, wipers and light sensors. These features and apparent innovations of Range opened up its way to popularity.

Each modification made in every generation of Range has guaranteed that these vehicles will continue to improve in order to meet the needs and demands of every car consumer. The off-road ability of these vehicles is continuously improved to give life in every road in the world. In its early years, Range seemed not to gain good reputation, but because of the improvement it has shown in the recent years, it is now one of the popular trademarks in the industry. At present, Range is known for luxury off-road machine employed with the newest and more advanced facilities as well as excellent off-road capability.
