All-New 2008 Infiniti EX35 Hits the Market

Nissan Motor Corp's Infiniti division rolls out the all new 2008 EX35 luxury crossover sport utility vehicle (SUV) in all Infiniti dealer showrooms all over the US. According to Infiniti, the 2008 EX35 luxury crossover SUV provides customers with a "seductive design, elegant interior and advanced technology systems" as well as numerous components inside and out. In addition, Infiniti also announced the base manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of 2008 EX35 model variants.

Mark Igo, vice president and general manager of Infiniti said: "We're pleased to be making the new Infiniti EX35 available just in time for that last-minute holiday shopping. With its long list of advanced technology features, EX is a perfect companion for all the other high-tech items on car enthusiasts' shopping lists. And, with its available intelligent all-wheel drive, EX is also the perfect vehicle for holiday getaways, no matter what the weather may bring."

According to Infiniti, the 2008 EX35 "emphasizes exhilarating driving performance" with its 3.5-liter DOHC V6 engine under the hood that is capable of pumping out 297 horsepower. This power unit is 5-speed automatic transmission with Manual Shift Mode and Drive Sport Mode (DSM) to complete the powertrain package for the 2008 Infiniti EX35 crossover SUV. In addition, the Infiniti EX35 is also equipped with other technical systems including available intelligent all wheel drive (AWD), Downshift Rev Matching (DRM), Adaptive Shift Control (ASC).

As a luxury crossover SUV, the all new 2008 Infiniti EX35 offers a sleek exterior appearance boasting the vehicle's sporty and elegant stance. Infiniti said the exterior package of the all new 2008 EX35 combines the "look and feel of a luxury coupe and an SUV's interior flexibility." Exterior highlights of the new 2008 Infiniti EX35 include 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, Around View Monitor (AVM) system with four small cameras, Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) system with Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) system, and "Scratch Shield" special "self-healing" clear coat, available RearView Monitor, and Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS).

On the inside, the 2008 Infiniti EX35 comes with aluminum interior trim, 7-inch color monitor display, 8-way power driver's seat, Infiniti Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition, and XM Satellite Radio as standard components. For audio freaks, the 11-speaker Bose Premium Audio System with Burr-Brown 24-bit DAC, two subwoofers, 6 CD in-dash changer, and iPod connectivity is available. This audio package is complemented by the available advanced voice-activated touch-screen Infiniti Navigation System with available XM NavTraffic with real-time traffic information.

Complete MSRP list includes $31,300 for the EX RWD; $34,850 for the EX RWD Journey; $32,700 for the EX35 AWD with ATTESA E-TS intelligent all-wheel drive system; and $36,250 for the EX35 AWD Journey model.
