What do we do now?

Folks of this club, patrons of my bar, or the "casual" NASCAR fan, our world has been turned up-side-down today. Dale Jr. has announced that he will race for Hend(p)rick Motorsports next season. What does this mean to us as Jr. fans? It's hard to say, to tell you the truth.

Can we still be a Dale Jr. fan and deeply hate the very being of Hend(p)rick Motorsports? Do we say, "Well, that was then, we really didn't mean it"?, or do we all become fans of Paul Menard, Martin Truex Jr. or Kevin Harvick? (Which are good choices if you ask me) Moreover, what rivalries truly exist in NASCAR now that this one has been busted? No other prominent enimies have really ever risen up to compare to DEI and Hend(p)rick.

I'm not feeling well this week at all, so a more colorful commentary is sure to follow. However, I'm open to suggestions.
