MOORESVILLE, North Carolina – ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards rookie Gus Dean is still reaping the benefits of his popular and breakthrough victory from Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway in April.

Today, Mason Mitchell Motorsports (MMM) announces that Dean and sponsor GREE, the world's largest manufacturer of specialized Cooling & Heating Products will compete in next Friday night’s Sioux Chief PowerPEX® presented by Jive in the No. 78 GREE Cooling Products / Karl Chevrolet at Lucas Oil Raceway.

The event will be Dean’s fourth career ARCA Racing Series start with the Bluffton, South Carolina native looking for his second win of the season and third top-10 finish overall. In addition to Dean’s spectacular win at Talladega, the 21-year-old scored a seventh place finish in the Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care at Toledo Speedway in May.

“I can’t wait to get behind the wheel of the No. 78 GREE Cooling Products / Karl Chevrolet at Lucas Oil Raceway next weekend,” said Dean. “It’s because of Dave (Pearson) and all the folks at GREE who are allowing me to race and I want nothing more than to bring them another win in Indianapolis.”

Lucas Oil Raceway will kick-off back-to-back races for the former CARS Pro Cup event winner. In addition to Lucas Oil Raceway, Dean will return to the MMM’s flagship No. 98 Chevrolet at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway the following week for the ModSpace 125 on July 29.

“I’m really enjoying the ARCA Racing Series this season,” added Dean. “And it’s not just because of the win, it’s just the overall atmosphere. Everyone’s been great to work with and we’ve brought GREE into a racing series where they are seeing a return on their investment. As a team we just need to keep doing what we’ve been doing and everything else will (hopefully) fall into place.”

GREE will be joined by its master distributor for the US market, Tradewinds Climate Systems, as well as a number of their regional wholesalers, salespeople, and most importantly, fellow race fans. The company, which ranked 385th in Forbes' Global 2000 possesses 18,000 active patents for products sold in 160 countries.

“GREE and Tradewinds is very excited to again be supporting Gus Dean, Mason Mitchell Motorsports and be a part of the ARCA Racing Series in our Lucas Oil Raceway debut,” offered Tradewinds Climate Systems president Dave Pearson. “Our experience at Talladega was unbelievable and we’re happy to be back for the first of two back-to-back races. We wish Gus and the team the best of luck in the race.”

For the second time this season, Dean will have a teammate at MMM. Brady Boswell will also compete in a MMM entry at Lucas Oil, putting the former Pro Cup rivals now on the same team.

“Brady has done a real good job for Mason Mitchell Motorsports this season,” sounded Dean. “We spent some time together during the ARCA test at Pocono in May and I think us working together not only then but at Lucas Oil will prove to have benefits overall for the team. Both Brady and I are fierce competitors, but we also have a lot of respect for one another too. Hopefully, we can both have a great race and MMM can get their second win of the season.”

Dean will carry the GREE on-board camera for the 200-lap event on Fri., July 22. The Sioux Chief PowerPEX® presented by Jive will be aired live on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) beginning at 9:00 p.m.
