MOORESVILLE, North Carolina (Tuesday, January 8, 2008) - - Officials from SS-Racing-Green Light Racing and GunBroker.com announced today that veteran NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) driver Jason White will pilot the team’s No. 08 Dodge Ram for the full 2008 NCTS season beginning with NASCAR Preseason Thunder (testing) at Daytona International Speedway this weekend (January 11-13).

White, who returned to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series circuit full-time in 2007 will continue his long-standing relationship with GunBroker.com, as the duo focuses on making the approaching season the best on record.

GunBroker.com is the world’s largest online auction of firearms and accessories. Founded in 1999, GunBroker.com promotes responsible gun ownership.

Third-party sellers list items on the site, and every buyer or seller must be legally allowed to own firearms. Ownership policies and regulations are followed using licensed firearms dealers as transfer agents. The site is an informative, detailed, secure and safe way to buy and sell firearms and hunting and shooting accessories.

GunBroker.com is similar in operation to the well-known auction site, eBay™, although not affiliated in any way.

White will also continue his relationship with Dodge after switching to the Michigan based manufacturer midway through the 2007 season. Doug Howe, who served as the crew chief for former SS-Racing-Green Light Racing driver Tim Sauter will guide White this season.

“I am very excited about the opportunity I’ve been given for the 2008 season,” said White, a native of Virginia . “All the components have come together nicely to put together an extremely competitive package for the season. SS-Racing-Green Light Racing showed some serious strength at the end of the 2007 season and we’re looking forward to continuing that strength in 2008. This is the best opportunity that I’ve been given in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and I plan to make the best of it.”

White, who has 29 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts to his record continued, “To continue my relationship with GunBroker.com is a real honor. They are a very impressive and respectable company and their faith in me as a driver truly says a lot. We all feel that we have something to prove this year and there is no doubt in my mind that we’re in a prime position to make it happen.”

“GunBroker.com could not be happier with our new relationship with SS-Racing-Green Light while continuing to promote a true talent in Jason White,” stated Dwayne Gaulding, of GunBroker.com. “SS-Racing-Green Light Racing has been a great friend to us in the Motorsports scene since we first announced our racing program years ago. Now, this new connection has come together for us to unite under one banner and it’s truly a great partnership.”
