RANDLEMAN, North Carolina (May 9, 2012) - - Ryan Wilson Motorsports (RWM) and Randolph Bank, the home of extra-mile banking jointly announced today the return of “Design The Ride” contest which will allow all customers of Randolph Bank to design Ryan Wilson’s No. 12 Randolph Bank Toyota Camry for July’s NASCAR Whelen-All American Series Super Five Series race at Caraway (N.C.) Speedway.

Beginning today and ending June 4th, “Design the Ride” coloring sheets will be available at participating Randolph Bank branches in North Carolina, RyanWilsonMotorsports.com and RandolphBank.com.

Shortly after the closing of the contest, Ryan Wilson, a rising star on the racing circuit will personally judge the best looking No. 12 Randolph Bank Toyota Camry and utilize that design in the Fourth of July event at Caraway (N.C.) Speedway on Wednesday, July 4.

Last year, the car was decked out in a smashing patriotic paint-scheme created by 11-year old Nathan Harris of Ramseur, North Carolina.

“We’re excited to have “Design the Ride” back for 2012,” said Wilson, the 2010 fall winner of Richard Petty Driver Search II. “It was a lot of fun to see how many decorative paint schemes everyone came up with last year. This year, we’ve adjusted the rules a bit and I think we’re going to see an even better involvement. I’m anxious to see all the designs for myself and I’m looking forward to having our car decked in an explosive paint scheme for our Fourth of July race.”

Jennifer Morton, marketing manager for Randolph Bank commented on the announcement. “Randolph Bank thrives on the community involvement of its customers,” she said. “We knew going into the 2012 racing season, this was one project that we wanted to have back after it’s great success last year. We have some exciting promotions coming up to promote the “Design the Ride” contest. We’re all eager for July to arrive.”
