Lambretta Lambretta Lambretta
Attention all ageing Mods out there. Yes, you with the old Lambretta in the garage and the mildly mildewed Ronnie Barker on the coat hook - remember those days? Well, Pete Davies does.

It was at the Scarborough scooter rallies of the late 1970s where his interest in the iconic Lambretta scooters began.

Since the 1980s, Pete has owned a variety of these Italian styled beauties that were made in Italy, Spain and India; from the humble LD 150 to a tuned GP 150. In 1999, Pete took on the role of Vehicle Registrar for the Lambretta Club of Great Britain, and with the position came the desire to unearth far more detailed information about Lambretta scooters, wherever they were built.

Pete now runs the British Lambretta Archive and is still discovering - and sharing with fellow enthusiasts - information about what he considers to be the world’s finest scooter. He has written he ultimate Lambretta source book!

It provides an in-depth look at the world’s finest scooter, from the Model A to the GP 200. The Lambretta story doesn’t end there though, with the focus moving onto machines prepared and built by Lambretta Concessionaires. The book ends with a look at the main British dealer specials of the 1960s. This new edition contains many new images and a complete new chapter on the Series 4 machines.

If you love scooters or the era then buy Pete’s book:
