LOS ANGELES, Nov. 20.—"Cannonball" Baker, holder of several motorcycle records, made a trip from New York City to Los Angeles, 3,368 miles, on forty gallons of gasoline and five gallons of lubricating oil, he said. The running time for the trip was 179 hours 28 minutes, the average speed being 20 miles an hour.
