New General Motors Officers.
The New York Times

H. H. Rice was elected Vice President of the General Motors Corporation at a special meeting of the Directors yesterday. Others elected were: M. L. Prensky, Treasurer in place of Mr. Rice; Frank Turner, Comptroller in place of Mr. Prensky; E. W. Proctor, Assistant Comptroller, in place of Mr. Turner; W. W. Bacon, Assistant Treasurer in place of Mr. Proctor; J. H. Noble, Assistant Treasurer; A. Bradley, Assistant Treasurer and J. F. Porter, Assistant Comptroller in place of Mr. Kinnee, who has been made Assistant to the Manager of the Division.
