FORD TO BUILD MOTOR PLANT AT ST. PAUL

NEW YORK, Dec. 28.—Arrangements have been practically completed for the location of a unit of the Ford Motor Company, which ultimately will entail an expenditure of probably $10,000,000, on the Mississippi river at St. Paul, the Wall Street Journal says today.

"It is understood the Ford assembling plant in Minneapolis will be the first unit moved to St. Paul and that a large employes' housing project is involved. Water-power will be utilized and Ford's plans include a hyrdo-electric department for the University of Minnesota, as well as participation in a public park project."
