Frank M. Baucus, President of the Troy Automobile Club, was elected President of the New York State Automobile Association, which closed its annual meeting at Binghampton last week.  Other officers elected for the coming year include: First Vice President-Herbert G. Andrews, Brooklyn; Second Vice President-Dr. F. W. Thompson, Owego; Third Vice President-Peter G. Ten Eyck, Albany; Treasurer-Fay C. Parsons, Cortland; Directors at Large-S. C. Tallman, Auburn; E. D. Elithorp, Watertown; E. G. Webb, Medina; Member at Large, Executive Committee-E. D. Gildersleeve, Poughkeepsie.
