Auto Racing: Hornish Wins Miami Grand Prix

Indy Racing League champion Sam Hornish, Junior has won the season-opening Grand Prix of Miami, his fourth victory in two seasons and his second straight win at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Hornish led for 166 of the 200 laps and lapped the field with about 65 laps remaining in the race. His average speed was more than 225 kilometers per hour.

Two-time Championship Auto Racing Teams champion Gil de Ferran of Brazil was second.  Last year's Indianapolis 500 winner Helio Castroneves, of Brazil, finished third.
