A coachbuilding company created by the merger of automotive design company LeBaron, Carrosiers and the Bridgeport Body Company in early 1924.
The first company officers were:
C.W. Seward, President
Raymond H. Dietrich, Vice President, Chief Engineer and Sales Manager
Ralph Roberts, Secretary
J.H. Hinman, Treasurer and Works Manager
Early in 1926 the company was purchased by the Briggs Manufacturing Company.
