For Immediate Release

Long Pond, PA (June 3, 2008) - Justin Allgaier will be back on the track since May 18th with the rest of the ARCA RE/MAX Series drivers this week as the series heads to the Pocono Raceway for the running of the Pocono 200 Saturday, June 7.

Allgaier, who had a fourth place finish at Toledo in the last race would like to celebrate his birthday with a victory on the Long Pond, Pennsylvania speedway. Allgaier will turn 22 on Friday and has four prior starts at the unique track with a best finish of sixth in the fall 2007 event.

“It was nice to have a little break but I’m ready to get back on the track,” Allgaier said. “Pocono is a unique track where you shift four times a lap. It has long fast straight-aways and bumpy tight corners. It is a challenging track for the driver and the crew chief to get the car set up and handling the way you need it to for the three unique turns. Track position is key so we run it like a road course planning pit stops accordingly. Larry Moore, my crew chief and I have worked on what we will need for this weekend. We are running the car we ran in Kentucky -007 which is a great piece. I am optimistic and like to start this next streak of races with another win and at a track as historic as Pocono that would be a great birthday present.”

The talented young driver hopes to get the attention of the NASCAR drivers and team owners while in Pocono with a top qualifying and racing effort.

“It is hard to get a ride in another series but I’m working as hard as I can to show the NASCAR ranks that I can get the job done even with the limited budget we have in the team my dad and mom own. We rebuild parts, cars and engines that other teams just put to scrap or sell-off. I am so proud of this team for being able to do that and give me such a great car week after week. Obviously, I would love to move up but I also know at the same time I have a job to do in the ARCA RE/MAX Series and I am looking forward to doing that in Pocono,” Allgaier added.

The Pocono 200 (80 lap, 200 mile) ARCA RE/MAX race is slated to begin at 1:00 pm ET on Saturday, June 7, 2008. Same day tape delay of the race will be broadcast on SPEED Saturday night at 10:00 pm ET. Live timing and scoring of practice, qualifying and race updates are available on www.ARCARacing.com.
