Subaru stellt Elektroauto-Prototyp auf G8-Gipfel vor

Ōta (Japan), 01.07.2008 - Der Autohersteller Subaru will auf dem G8-Gipfel in Hokkaido, der vom 7. bis 9. Juli stattfindet, den Prototyp eines Elektroautos vorstellen. Das Gefährt nennt sich „Stella Concept“ und ist mit Lithium-Ionen-Akkumulatoren ausgerüstet. Der Motor hat 54 PS, wobei das viersitzige Fahrzeug eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 100 Kilometern pro Stunde erreicht. Allerdings handelt es sich bei den vier Exemplaren nach Herstellerangaben noch nicht um Serienfahrzeuge.
