CONCORD, NC (05-19-10) Steve Arpin is geared up and ready to get back in the driver’s seat for Venturini Motorsports in the no. 55 Mike’s Hard Lemonade Toyota after a month break in the ARCA schedule.

Even with the long break in competition for the ARCA Series, Arpin has been behind the wheel every weekend. He has been testing for the upcoming races with Venturini Motorsports and when he has weekends off from the ARCA schedule, Arpin has been racing with JR Motorsports.

His busy schedule hasn’t slowed down since his NASCAR Nationwide debut Talladega Super Speedway. He has raced at Talladega, Richmond, and Darlington and tested the COT in Daytona with JR Motorsports this past week.

Arpin still finds home and comfort with the ARCA Racing Series and Venturini Motorsports. Arpin won the first short track race on the ARCA schedule and looks for victory lane again this weekend. The Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care will mark Arpin’s third start at Toledo Speedway. With each start Arpin continues to get progressively better as he learns the track. After a successful test session last week at Toledo Speedway, Arpin enters the race with the utmost confidence.

“It’s awesome leaving the Venturini’s shop and getting to the race track knowing that I am in contention to win every race that we go to,” said Arpin. “I have a great team that provides me with the best equipment and best opportunity to succeed. There is an awesome crew behind me and all I have to do is drive, showcase my talent, and victory comes easy.”

And speaking of victories and trophies – over 15 replicas of the Texas Motor Speedway trophies arrived at Venturini Motorsports shop earlier this week. Steve gave each crewmember in the shop a trophy as huge thank you for their hard work and dedication. This really shows the charisma and character behind the young athlete. Venturini Motorsports is one team, with one dream.

“I love going to the races and winning; I know every guy on the Venturini team does too. They live and breathe racing. They work so hard to get me on the track in the best equipment and I race hard each weekend to get them into the winners circle,” said Arpin.

Steve Arpin and the Venturini team have high hopes of putting the no. 55 Mike’s Hard Lemonade Toyota into victory lane for the 3rd time this season. Short tracks are Arpin’s specialty and he is ready to showcase it at ARCA’s home track of Toledo Speedway.

The green flag will drop at Toledo Speedway at 2:00 pm EST on Sunday May 23rd for the Menards 200 presented by Federated Car Care. Be sure to log on to ARCAracing.com for live timing and scoring and follow Venturini Motorsports on twitter (@venturinimotor).
