Three Get 30 to 90 Days From Magistrate Farrell as 'Examples.'

Three motors found guilty of driving while intoxicated were sentenced yesterday by Magistrate Farrell in Bronx Traffic Court to the Bronx County jail for terms ranging from thirty to ninety days.

Andrew Feula of 223 Avenue B got ninety days. He was arrested on Dec. 21 at Freeman Street and Southern Boulevard, the Bronx, when his car was in collision with another.

Harry Escobas of 763 East 176th Street, the Bronx, received sixty days for driving while intoxicated and thirty days for operating a car without a license. His machine hit a taxicab early Christmas morning at 159th Street and Boston Road, the Bronx.

The third offender, Henry Kahres of 82 Pell Street City Island, received thirty days. He was arrested Christmas night after his automobile was in collision with another car at 174th Street and Boston Road, the Bronx.

Magistrate Farrell said the only way to stop persons from driving while intoxicated was to make examples of a few.
