Special Agent in Charge Howard S. Marshall, Federal of Bureau of Investigation, and Commissioner Rodney Brewer, Kentucky State Police, jointly announce the arrest of Robert Caldwell. Robert Caldwell was on January 27 at approximately 3:35 p.m. after a vehicle and subsequent foot pursuit by the Kentucky State Police, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department, and Stanford Police Department.
