The FBI is releasing photographs of a Galleria “Biker Bandit.” The gunman robbed a bank inside the Galleria Mall Thursday and was last seen leaving the Galleria parking garage on a motorcycle.

At approximately 12:38 p.m., the man entered the BBVA Compass Bank branch located inside the Galleria Mall at 5085 Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas. The armed bank robber walked up to a teller and verbally demanded cash. He then opened his black leather biker style jacket and reached in with his left hand to show the teller he was carrying a black revolver. The teller complied and gave the robber some cash. He fled the bank and entered the parking garage. Video surveillance photographs show the armed robber leaving the garage on a silver Yamaha Road Star motorcycle. No one was physically hurt during the robbery. The robber is still at large.

The Biker Bandit is described as a Hispanic male, 5’10” tall, 160 pounds, wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket and a black baseball cap with an unknown logo. He got away on a silver Yamaha Road Star motorcycle. Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and arrest of this robber.
