Fischer is a development driver for CJM Racing, a full-time NASCAR Nationwide Series team. Fisher has received expert advice on how to handle Kentucky Speedway from veteran CJM Racing driver Jason Keller and his ARCA RE/MAX Series Crew Chief Billy Venturini.

Saturday night’s race at Kentucky Speedway marks Fischer’s fifth appearance in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, his third start of 2008.

This will be Fischer’s first trip at the mile and half Kentucky Speedway. He has showed his skill at the mile and half speedways, bringing home his first top-10 at his last race, two weeks ago at Kansas Speedway.

Venturini Motorsports has run eight races at Kentucky Speedway since 2003, recording a best finish of second.

Venturini Motorsports enters Kentucky Speedway this weekend coming off their first win of the season last Sunday at Rockingham Speedway with driver Joey Logano at the helm. Fischer nailed the team’s first top-10 finish of the season a week earlier at Kansas Speedway.

The TufTruck; Venturini Motorsports Chevrolet will be racing chassis No. 84 Saturday night at Kentucky Speedway. Chassis No. 84 last saw action at Kansas Speedway, where Fischer stormed to his first career top-10 effort.

The green flag for the Drive Smart! Buckle Up Kentucky 150 will drop shortly after 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

RYAN FISCHER’S THOUGHTS ON HIS FIRST KENTUCKY SPEEDWAY RACE:

“I am very excited to return to another mile and half speedway after our last showing at Kansas Speedway. I am ready to back up my career first top-10 this week. I believe we will have a top contending car, and I know my crew will be able to get the job done on race day. I am thrilled TufTruck is back on board as our sponsor this week, and I would like to thank them for all of their support of us this year.”

CREW CHIEF BILLY VENTURINI’S THOUGHTS GOING INTO KENTUCKY SPEEDWAY :

“Ryan is really starting to show his true talent, and I am pleased with his performance two weeks ago at Kansas Speedway, earning his first ever top-10. I know we can back that finish up this week at Kentucky Speedway, and I know we have a top contending car here this weekend. I am excited to get Ryan back on the track in a Venturini Motorsports Chevrolet.”
