Mid-American Prepares to Honor 2007 Competitors

(January 12) Fort Atkinson, WI -- The Mid-American Stock Car Series will honor its 2007 front runners this Saturday, January 19th at the Wintergreen Resort and Conference Center in Wisconsin Dells, WI.

For the second year in a row, and for the third time in his career Genoa City, WI’s James Swan will be honored as the champion of the Mid-American Stock Car Series. Roscoe, IL’s Kyle Shear will be awarded the title of Mid-American Rookie of the Year.

The top ten in series points will also be recognized. Numerous door prizes and contingencies will be awarded to drivers and guests in attendance.

Several guest speakers will be on hand. One of those speakers will be the Editor of Racing Promotions Monthly, Stewart Doty. Doty and RPM are well known for the RPM Promoters Workshops held in Nevada and Florida.

Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. with awards to follow. Entertainment will be provided afterward. Rooms at the Wintergreen Resort are still available and range from $69 a night when you mention the Mid-American Stock Car Series.
