Hartford Police Overhaul Boston Men After Wild Chase.

HARTFORD, Conn., Nov. 22.—After a wild motor chase through the East Side tonight, Acting Detective Sergeant Sherren, Sergeant Wadsworth and Policeman Hurley arrested Joseph Borosky and John Barrows, both of Boston, on a charge of violation of the liquor law. The men are thought to be members of an organized bootlegging gang which has been supplying whisky to hotels and restaurants in the city.

When the two men discovered that the police car was following them they attempted to get away. The police car soon drew alongside them, crowding their car to the curb. In the tonneau of their car was found a cardboard box containing six one-gallon bottles of whisky and a five-gallon container.
