Federal Energy Management for Motor Vehicles

AGENCY: Federal Supply Service, GSA.

ACTION: Temporary regulation; extension of expiration date.

SUMMARY: FPMR Temporary Regulation G-56 provides guidance on developing 
a fuel reduction plan as required by Executive Order 12759. This rule 
extends the expiration date of the temporary regulation from March 31, 
1994, to March 31, 1996.

DATES: Effective date: April 1, 1994; Expiration date: March 31, 1996.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The General Services Administration (GSA) 
has determined that this rule is not a significant rule for the 
purposes of Executive Order 12866.

Regulatory Flexibility Act

    This rule is not required to be published in the Federal Register 
for notice and comment. Therefore, the Regulatory Flexibility Act does 
not apply.

List of Subjects in 41 CFR Part 101-38

    Government property management, Motor vehicles.

    Accordingly, 41 CFR Chapter 101 (part 101-38) is amended as 
follows:
    1. The authority citation for part 101-38 continues to read as 
follows:

    Authority: Sec. 205(c), 63 Stat. 390 (40 U.S.C. 486(c)).

Appendix to Subchapter G [Amended]

    2. The appendix to subchapter G is amended by revising the 
expiration date of ``March 31, 1994'' in paragraph 3 of FPMR temporary 
regulation G-56 to read ``March 31, 1996.''
