PHOENIX—Brian Lomax Begaye, 39, of Pinon, Arizona, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Paul G. Rosenblatt to 51 months in federal prison. Begaye pleaded guilty on August 12, 2009, to one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
