C.W. Knapp Will Enter New Business in Lodi
The Lodi Sentinel

C. W. Knapp, former proprietor of Knapp's Service Station on Sargent lane and Hutchins street, announces that he and his family do not intend to leave Lodi, but will soon be engaged in business here once again. Knapp intends to establish a tire and battery service in Lodi, and is negotiating now for a suitable location.

The Knapps are also buying another residence here and will make this city their permanent home.

Lodians Injured In Accident on Highway
The Lodi Sentinel

Krist Schauer of Lodi received a broken collarbone and head injuries in an accident yesterday afternoon on the highway between Thornton and Walnut Grove. Alex Heinitb, driver of the truck in which Schauer was riding, sustained cuts on the head. Dave Nessen, driver of the other truck was not injured.

Schaeur and Heinitz were given emergency treatment at the Mason hospital by Dr. A. C. Boehmer. Schauer was retained at the hospital and x-rays will be taken today. Heinitz was able to go home.
