New Pierce-Arrow Directors.

The Pierce-Arrow Motor Car Corporation, which recently succeeded the old Pierce-Arrow Company, will have these Directors: Albert Strauss, C. J. Schmidlapp, Joseph G. Dudley, Charles H. McCullough, John F. Alvord, William S. Cox, Charles Clifton, and Henry May. Messrs. Clifton and May will be President and Vice President of the company, respectively. The company's $10,000,000 preferred stock and 250,000 shares of common stock, underwritten by a syndicate headed by J. & W. Seligman & Co., have been subscribed for and the syndicate closed.
