NEW AUTOMOBILE COMPANY.
The New York Times

ALBANY, Dec. 16.—The Fournier-Searchmont Automobile Company of Saratoga Springs was incorporated to-day with a capital stock of $2,000,000, to manufacture motor cars, wagons, carriages, and other vehicles. The capital is divided into $1,000,000 of common and $1,000,000 of 7 per cent. preferred stock.

The Directors are Spencer Trask, John L. Elliott, Acosta Nichols, and Cecil Barret of New York City; Charles J. Peabody of Englewood, N. J., and C. G. Smedberg of Flushing, L. I.
