Injured in Motor Cycle Collision.

CHICAGO, July 19.—While riding a motor cycle, Lieut. Col. Frederick B. Hart of the First Infantry, I. N. G., was fatally injured in a collision with a Kedzie Avenue street car. Hart as thrown thirty feet in the air and his skull was fractured.
