Victim of Automobile Accident Dead.

BINGHAMTON, N. Y., May 15.—Frederick Bennett, a prominent resident of this city, who was thrown from an automobile last Thursday evening, died this morning at his home in Chestnut Street, without having regained consciousness since the accident. Mr. Bennett was a son of the late Abel Bennett, the first Mayor of Binghamton, from whom he inherited a large fortune. He was about forty years of age, and leaves a widow, two daughters, and a son.
