Truck Driver Cleared of Homicide.

The New York Times
December 13, 1922

James W. Dorry, truck driver, was yesterday cleared of the charge of homicide on which he was held since Thanksgiving Day. The truck he was driving at Eleventh Avenue and Forty-eighth Street struck and killed Joseph Stewart, 4 years old, of 600 West Forty-eighth Street. There was no evidence to show that Dorry was criminally responsible.
