Commissioner to Address Civic Societies There on Traffic Conditions.

Accepting an invitation of Mayor William Hale Thompson of Chicago, Police Commissioner Richard E. Enright will leave for Chicago on the Twentieth Century Limited on Wednesday of next week, and will talk to civic societies of that city on "traffic conditions."

On Thursday afternoon he will address the Illinois Merchants' Association and on Friday afternoon he will talk to the City Club. Mr. Enright says that he will discuss how traffic congestion is hampering fire apparatus from making quick runs to fires. He plans to leave Chicago Friday night and be at his desk in Police Headquarters Saturday Afternoon.
