Former Winston Cup driver between 1985 and 1993.  Son of former NASCAR driver Bobby Allison.
In his short career he accumulated 14 poles and 19 wins in 191 starts.  Davey Allison died in a helicopter crash in the infield at Talladega Superspeedway.
